About Me

Code built
with purpose.

I'm Mugabi Whycliff — alias Barclaynes. A first-year Professional Certificate in Software Engineering (PCSE) student at the Uganda Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Nakawa.

I don't just learn to code — I build things that actually work. From role-based web systems to installable PWAs, every project teaches me something tutorials never could. I break things on purpose, then fix them better.

Outside of code: serving in the UIAHMS 27th Guild's Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, and writing a poetry collection titled "Boy of Hypervigilance." Internship-ready, always learning.
